By accessing or using kenzmena.com or any KENZ ONE service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2. Use of the Service

KENZ ONE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its related systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software

4. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

5. Data and Privacy

6. Intellectual Property

The KENZ ONE platform, brand, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Desiro / KENZ ONE. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KENZ ONE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases. We will retain your data for 90 days following termination, after which it will be deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
