Terms of Service

By creating an account or using KENZ ONE-OS in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

KENZ ONE-OS is provided exclusively for lawful business purposes related to advertising agency financial management, including invoicing, expense tracking, ad spend reconciliation, and P&L reporting. You may not use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation in any jurisdiction
• Upload fraudulent, false, or misleading financial data
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or system infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform
• Resell or sublicence access to third parties without prior written consent from KENZMENA LLC

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. KENZMENA LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

You must promptly notify us at hello@kenzmena.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Subscription fees are charged in advance on the billing cycle you select (monthly or annual). All prices are in USD. KENZMENA LLC reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy.

Your use of KENZ ONE-OS is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how KENZMENA LLC collects, uses, and protects your data. Financial data you upload remains your property at all times.

KENZMENA LLC processes data in accordance with applicable UAE data protection regulations and GDPR requirements for users in the European Economic Area.

All intellectual property rights in KENZ ONE-OS — including the platform, software, user interface, documentation, and the KENZMENA LLC brand — belong exclusively to KENZMENA LLC. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Data you input into the platform remains your intellectual property. You grant KENZMENA LLC a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KENZMENA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of KENZ ONE-OS, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to KENZMENA LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.

KENZMENA LLC may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees after a reasonable cure period.

You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days in accordance with our data retention policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

For users in the European Union or United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable local law are not affected by this clause.
