KENZ ONE was born out of frustration — not inspiration. We ran a digital advertising agency and spent too many late nights reconciling invoices, chasing down ad spend figures, and trying to figure out which clients were actually profitable.
The Problem We Kept Running Into
Managing finances for a 15-person agency looks deceptively simple from the outside. In practice, it means juggling QuickBooks for invoicing, spreadsheets for expense tracking, and logging into six ad platforms to pull spend data — then reconciling all of it manually at the end of every month.
We tried every combination of tools we could find. Nothing was built for how agencies actually operate: billing clients for ad spend plus a management fee, tracking actual vendor costs across platforms, and seeing real P&L per client rather than just total revenue.
What We Built
KENZ ONE is an operating system designed from the ground up for advertising agencies. It handles invoicing, payment tracking, ad spend reconciliation, and profitability reporting — all in one place, with no manual data entry required once your ad accounts are connected.
We support multi-currency billing (USD, AED, GBP, EUR), multi-branch structures for agencies with multiple offices, and the kind of per-client P&L visibility that lets you make real decisions about which accounts to grow and which to reprice.
Where We Are Now
