Refund Policy
Last updated: — Effective for all KENZ ONE-OS subscriptions.
1. Free Trial Period
All KENZ ONE-OS plans include a 14-day free trial. Your payment method is not charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your chosen plan will automatically activate and your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
2. Subscription Billing
KENZ ONE-OS subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected billing cycle. All charges are in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Annual subscriptions are charged as a single lump sum at the start of each billing year. Monthly subscriptions are charged on the same calendar day each month.
3. Refund Eligibility
Monthly subscriptions: Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel a monthly subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused days.
Annual subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within 7 days of your initial payment (not renewal), you are eligible for a full refund, provided you have not exceeded reasonable platform usage (defined as fewer than 10 invoices created, fewer than 5 client records, and no ad platform integrations activated).
After the 7-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You retain access until the subscription period ends.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for situations involving:
- Duplicate charges due to a billing error on our end
- Charges made after a confirmed cancellation
- Extended platform outages exceeding 72 hours in a billing period (documented incidents only)
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, email hello@kenzmena.com with your account details and a description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.
5. How to Cancel
You may cancel your KENZ ONE-OS subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation does not delete your data immediately. Your account data is retained for 90 days following cancellation, during which you may export all records. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.
6. Early Access Pricing
Early access members who purchased a discounted plan during the pre-launch period are subject to the same refund terms above. The early bird discount is locked for the lifetime of the subscription, subject to continued active payment.
If an early access subscription lapses (payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days), the lifetime discount may no longer apply upon reactivation.
7. Changes to This Policy
KENZMENA LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
