• Billing data: Payment method details (processed via PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors — we do not store full card numbers)
• Business data: Client records, invoices, expense entries, ad spend figures, and P&L data you input into the platform
• Platform usage data: Feature usage, session logs, and error reports for product improvement
• Communication data: Emails and support messages you send to our team

KENZMENA LLC uses your data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the KENZ ONE-OS platform
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, account notifications)
• Send product updates and finance industry insights (you may opt out at any time)
• Provide customer support across our global offices
• Comply with legal obligations in the UAE and other jurisdictions where we operate

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure protected by AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. KENZ ONE-OS infrastructure is hosted in enterprise-grade data centres with SOC 2 certifications.

KENZMENA LLC maintains technical and organisational security measures aligned with ISO 27001 standards. Access to customer data is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis across all our offices in Dubai, Pakistan, UK, USA, and Malaysia.

We retain your account and business data for the duration of your active subscription. If you cancel, data is retained for 90 days to allow you to export your records before permanent deletion.

Billing records and transaction logs are retained for 7 years in compliance with UAE commercial law and applicable tax regulations.

As a company with offices in the UAE, Pakistan, UK, USA, and Malaysia, KENZMENA LLC may process your data in multiple jurisdictions. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required by GDPR.

UK users: transfers from the UK are subject to the UK GDPR and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement where applicable.

KENZ ONE-OS uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (with anonymised data) to understand how the platform is used and improve the product.

You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will affect platform functionality.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

KENZ ONE-OS integrates with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X) to retrieve ad spend data. These integrations operate under each platform's own privacy policies. We access only the data necessary to power the platform's reconciliation features.

We use industry-standard payment processors, email delivery services, and cloud infrastructure providers. These sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements with KENZMENA LLC.

KENZ ONE-OS is a business platform intended for use by professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us at hello@kenzmena.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices evolve or as required by law. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect.
