We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company when you join the waitlist or create an account), information generated by your use of the service (usage data, financial records you enter), and standard technical information (IP address, browser type, referring URLs).

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., payment processors, cloud infrastructure).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the KENZ ONE platform
• To send transactional emails (confirmation, billing, security alerts)
• To send product updates and waitlist communications (you can opt out at any time)
• To analyse usage patterns and improve product features
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers (AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit). We are SOC 2 compliant. We implement access controls to ensure only authorised personnel can access user data, and only when necessary for support or operations.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain your data for 90 days before deletion, giving you time to export if needed. Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days after deletion from primary storage.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain session state. We may use analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not function correctly.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing or request restriction

We use Supabase for database infrastructure, Stripe for payment processing, and standard cloud providers for hosting. Each has their own privacy policy. We do not allow third-party advertising trackers on our platform.

We will notify you of significant changes to this policy by email or by posting a prominent notice on kenzmena.com. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
